I setup as CALL IN and do not receive a phone call notification. Just a drop down notice on the iPhone X. Can u advise? Also can the night IR be turned off?

Same issue here. The doorbell is nice but the app does not work that well on either iphone or android. The notifications are very inconsistent.

I keep the volume button pressed for 4 seconds until the light shines permanently blue then I immediately press the bell button but unfortunately I still get no sound on the chime what am I doing wrong?

Ok, I just did it right. Choose your sound/music, press and hold sound level button until blue light is on (like with pairing) AND right a way press the doorbell button, that’s what’s missing in their explanation! The 2 devices have to be next to each other in order to do the sequence of pressing the buttons... It will work. Cheers :-)

Thank you for the answer, unfortunately, this is still not 1 I press the volume button 4 seconds until the light turns blue. I immediately press the button on the video Doorbel immediately within 5 seconds. Unfortunately, it does not happen to me there is no sound from the chime I'm despairing.
