I like this video it’s super good on how you lay the lights in the ceiling but you can show how to take the fluorescent lights out of the ceiling but good job☺️☺️☺️

Came for the beefcake apparent in the title card, stayed for the extreme athleticism and brilliant mind. Left thankful and fulfilled. I still hate drop ceilings. And, to give back a little for what I’ve gained here, you’ll surely want to upgrade those lights to full RGBWW, the newer ones being amazing, and red lights being best for a theatre.

I've seen many tutos, but your's brought me up to the light. The junction boxes example made it clear and limpid to me. (Tell me should I eat spenach to be as trong as you are at 2:.11)? Thanks a million pale for this great video cession!
