When i open smapi on my stardew valley folder, i can't because a command prompt just keeps popping up and instantly disappearing, and i can't open the game with any indication why it won't open. :\ This worked for my old computer, but i got a new upgraded one, i don't know what's wrong.

For everyone who dosent work try opening the item spawner folder there you will find another folder who have same name an add that folder do the mods folder for it worked bc you cant put zip folder

i did everything right, in the end smapi was crashing to open the game, then i just discovered that it just supports stardew 1.6.4 or later, mine's 1.5.6 :) ... Does anyone know how to update a cracked stardew valley? i just want mods TT

you need to open StardewModdongAPI (it has a much yellow chicken color on the logo) instead of the regular stardew then youre mods should be able to work
