I have an air compressor installed on that side. I think I will need longer wires as install would probably go on the other side.

My friend has his ARB compressor next to the switch panel. I carry a Viair, but will upgrade to onboard and will install it in that place. I imagine that the wires would be very close to the battery.

Isn’t there an amperage difference between the first two terminals, 30 amp fused, and the others? Meaning these aren’t interchangeable and you highest draw items need to be on the first two terminals.

Just a suggestion. You could make one of the unused switches a momentary switch and hooked up that trigger wire for your light bar to it.

Good day sir, I’m new to this wiring business and before I get cutting I have to ask. I purchased a 6gang panel from auxbeam. I also purchased a rough country led bull bar. At about the hour mark you have the harness in your video in your hand and this is were I need help. My harness is DAmmm close to the same as the one you have has a small switch, main 40a fuse, power connectors and so on. If I cut all that stuff off like you did and have just the main cable do I wire directly to the auxbeam fuse panel?

Hi Seth, yes, remember that the panel has its own fuses. Look at the fuse number on your led bar and make sure it matches in whatever channel you’re connecting. Your setup will be neat and tidy without excess cabling all over your engine bay. I have a box full of cables with relays and left over wires now. Good luck!

Should I be adding an inline fuse between bull bar and fuse box? Currently there is a 40amp fuse box as well as an inline 30amp fuse. I know that the auxbeam has a 30 amp fuse but will a require an extra? Sorry for all the questions this is new to me and so far your the only person I found that is so in depth and dealing with the same situation I’m in

@@sethgillan6923 sorry for the delayed response. You don't need any extra fuses as long as you have the proper fuse on the switch panel channel.

Question… So with light bars with different light modes… (white, yellow, strobe, etc) How do you toggle through the different modes? Can they be assigned to the same button by pressing it a multitude of times like I have with simpler switches? Or Do I have to assign each mode to an individual button?

You can not toggle between modes when using the switch panel. That’s why I had to select the one mode I wanted prior to installing. You are stuck with that one mode. However, there is a switch panel mode that makes all of your lights flicker in unison. I guess if you had an emergency.

would i keep the relay that comes with my light bar's harness or would i cut it and wire it directly to the panel?

Wire it directly to the panel. Just make sure you have the correct fuse 🎥🎬😎

How do you adjust the brightness of the control panel?

I use the app that comes with it, but some models that don’t have the app can be adjusted manually. Simultaneously press the power button and any one of the accessory buttons. With your finger, you can press the accessory button in a circular motion to adjust the brightness and even the color. Contact me on Instagram and I can send you a video. @coastal_gxspi
