Listening to your story, I realized the exact same thing happened to me, while in the gym, doing deadlifts, two girls gave me "that look", and they said some flirty comment. Can't explain how good it felt, after having basically 0 interest from females for my entire life. I am so thankful I stumbled upon Hamza's channel, and started working on self improvement. I can only imagine how better my life will be in a year, or two, or five, if I keep at it. And I don't plan to stop. I wish all the best to you Hamza, for helping me pull myself out of the bad mental state I was in, just a few months ago. My life is so much better now, and I am much happier. EDIT: Thanks Everyone for your supportive messages. This movement really is something else. If we just keep at it, I know that we can all make it, no exceptions. Stay strong brothers!

Change my mind : I think that maintaining eye contact when you feel that the girl is attracted to you is interesting, but you have to be very self-confident. If you don't look attractive, there is a much smaller chance that the girl makes eye contact because she is actually attracted to you, and you will just look very creepy if you keep making eye contact.

Eye contact is such an important thing. I struggled with it when I was younger bc I was shy but I decided to make an effort to hold eye contact with as many people I encounter and it was such a confidence booster. I'd look at old, middle-age, young, men women and children and the amount of people that had to do a double take and it genuinely made smile all bc I looked at them and smiled myself was unbelievable. It also made me painfully aware of the fact that people around my age (22) and even more specifically guys around my age just walk around staring at the ground and off into space or at their phone. It's sad to think that they're missing so much.

I've been lifting for 3 years, now 17. While I was at the beach with some old friends, some random girl came up to us and started a conversation, and I ended up hooking up with her. Note that I was the shortest person there but the key was the physique and holding eye contact brothers. I used to be 5'1 95lbs, and now I'm 5'7 175lbs. Building your physique is critical.

9:20 - self belief is so important 10:50 - end - eye contact is a skill. So important, practice when I'm on my shifts. Its probably so rare for anyone nowadays to hold proper eye contact. So practice everyday and be the one who stand out in people's lives. Along with quick conversationals skills which I started and become decent at but have slowed down. Restart!! I know I've got this

The best thing is that I actually start doing stuff you now advise others on my own (even this eye contact, I've been doing that for couple of weeks now). I feel like the biggest challenges for me are now: 1) Getting considerable upper body physique (the biggest problem is with bulking up, it seems that my body refuses to bulk over 65/70kgs) Still I'm grateful for myself being able to benchpress almost 60kgs and being able to muscle up with only 1 rubberband (previously I needed 2 rubberbands) 2) Getting more confident with women Yeah, about that, it's the biggest challenge, but I hope it starts feeling easier and easier. I've learned my mistakes from asking out and I will try my best to find my courage when time comes. 3) Cutting down time in front of screen to real healthy levels Good, that I've stopped playing games that much and started reading some books.

Very nice. I have some personal rules for talking with women. Be straight forward and nice to a point (both to a point, some things get revealed without asking) Hold good eye contact but don't stare Don't be a creep Think of her as a person, not a better than thou Light compliments Again, be frank, you don't want to confuse her unless she wants your detailed opinion (it happens sometimes) Never talk politics or religion, bad bad topic imo.

But next time it happened I didn’t look away and I smiled and she blushed. I did this a couple times and she would be smiling and even many times we would hold eye contact for minutes while the teacher is speaking. Exactly! Ive always found it cringe to approach random women on the street or club or anywhere and I never had a problem with getting girls. How? I always trusted my instincts and ability to read people and I always went after girls with which I knew they are interested in me, by looks, smiles, etc I just knew always and it never failed me. So instead of chasing every pretty girl I went after those who were interested. But I guess this only works if you are attractive or interesting.

I’m already at the Adonis stage in this regard. If I see a good-looking girl on the street, I hold eye contact, wait a few seconds and throw in a smirk. After a few seconds if she keeps looking I stop her and ask for her snap (since I’m 17 this makes sense, I get that older girls don’t use snap). The other night in London I was wearing a pinstriped suit since we were going to the theatre and afterwards I split off with a bunch of Canadian girls and pulled two. Got a pretty amazing insta story from it. It just takes confidence, self-assurance and patience, eventually this starts to happen all the time. Work on yourself and your game and trust the process.

Listen Boys, the moment I startet getting a lot of girls was when I realised that I’m completely in charge of my future. Once I thought that I had no chance because of some bs like a weak jawline, a skinny body or because of my height (I’m 5’9). That’s crap. You can change all of these things if you start working on yourself. I started going to the gym, reading more books, improving my posture and my confidence increased drastically. Today I have a wonderful girlfriend and honestly I even think about marrying her one day because she supports me in every situation. Meanwhile I get texted by so many bitches, I know it’s a weird flex, but it’s just to demonstrate that I’m quite successful with women. Of course I would never cheat because I love my gf. And that’s another lesson I’ve learned, stupid things like body count don’t matter at all. It’s way more important to know your value and finde someone who truly loves you for who you are as whole. And of course if you feel flirting with someone go for it, we’re men, as long as you’ll stay loyal to the one who loves you the most :) Sorry for my English, I’m Italian

Brothers compound lifts aren’t just for fun these lifts are the most important followed by single joint, compounds such as squat, bench, deadlift overhead press and row and can be performed either with a barbell or dumbbells remember we lift for health Aesthetic’s should be secondary unless you are a body builder and care about how you look (which we all do to a point) but strength first brothers 💪💪.

The thing with eye contact is, that I dont want to seem like a creep. Like it isnt a problem for me to hold eye contact, I can do it for hours and not be intimidated in any way I just dont want to seem like a creep.

@rustydishwasher3281

Problem 1: Well how about you train yourself and develop a physique that will make you attractive to women. Problem 2: The type of women that are glued to their phone aren't the type of people you should want to be dating unless you want a constant headache Problem 3: Just find a hobby. Something that you really enjoy doing. If you can make it something productive like learning an instrument. Seriously dude there's so many things that you can do to improve your character. So stop staying in this state of self pity and do everything that you can to improve yourself. You got this bro.

@@rustydishwasher3281 well spoken bro. I hate seeing people with low self esteem because I know how it feels. They feel like they're stuck and there's no way they can make progress but all it takes is the initiative to actually go out and change yourself

I'm not gonna tell you what to do because I'm not perfect myself and am currently going through my own things but I can tell by the way you type you have low self esteem. You notice when women are avoiding you and looking at their phones because you go out of your way to notice or think that. And you're not boring bro everybody has a story and uniqe interests you just need to let people see that side of you.
