My mother was a professional seamstress and started teaching me how to do simple mending and repair when I was a small boy. I never got as good as her, but I enjoy watching new or different ways to repair clothing. My biggest problem is repairing holes in the crotch of blue jeans. I would love to see a video on that.

I like vids like this that are not clickbait. It's not my usual thing to watch but I imply the same technique in my world. That's definitely wearable again. I just wished in the 80s wen I had a pair of waffle trousers and put a hole in the knee 2days from new at school I had known you... My mother sewed a "ride a bike" patch over it and I never wore them again. I'd have been beat up.
