She broke up with me on Feb 22nd, and I started NC on March 10th. It's now May 20th. The thing is, I really don't even care anymore. I used to watch Coach Lee's videos religiously to get myself through that first month. That's the beautiful thing about NC, is that you learn to be complete within yourself, and you get to rebuild your value and get the abundance mindset that you need to move on. Trust in yourself that things can and will get better, and you will conquer your fears. I promise.

One interesting aspect of no contact its that when you really moved on and stop caring about your ex and the energy you gave her , its not longer there, she will sense it and if she still cares, she will reach out even if she is with someone else. Thats why when you really moved on and focus on new things and girls, outnowhere here she comes. Thats why you have to let them go to get them back and the clue its stop wanting them back and be really done with her. The scarcity energy you are transmitting will go back to you, even if you are not reaching out and even if she blocks you and she doesnt know anything about your life. I know its sounds weird but theres some disturbance on the force when you stop investing emotional energy on someone. Thats why they came back when you moved on. So be careful on just going no contact, stop waiting for her to come back and assume she wont, so you start faster to move on and let her go completely, thats when she can feel and realize your are not longer missing her and caring about her. Expecting, wishing and wanting, signals scarcity to the universe, so start having, being and doing to signal Abundance.

Haven't been here in months but I wanted to stop by and say hi to you all and that I hope things are getting better I'm your relationships whether it's your ex or someone new. Back in December and January I was watching basically every coach Lee video and it was like therapy for me. Me and my ex got back together since valentines day and she's honestly been head over heels for me, especially now In June. I broke the no contact (I know stupid) and of course, made it worse. She was angry as hell and said that I proofed that I did not change and looked like a stalker. She said that she wants no contact in the coming time and wants to focus on other things, study, etc. And final that I could wait if I was so much better and changed and that she will contact me in the future if she thought ''that it had any use''. Well I only had one of these. The ex offered up during the breakup that I could call for rides to, moving things and help with my mother. I said "no contact.. at least for right now". And then I asked "is it okay if I call you later if I have a question?" And the ex nodded. I didn't have the knowledge of these videos behind me when we had the breakup almost two weeks ago. I saw the offers of doing things as a negative but now I can see they are confused and this is a positive.

My ex is confused whether ghosting someone is ok or not. She's also confused about her motive in wanting to stay friends. My guess is pity and avoiding guilt. I give up on women. There a lot of things in life that's way more interesting than them. And those things are something that I can rely in.

All my ex does is view my stories. With no contact. It’s been three months since I found out he cheated on me and we broke up. This video has given me real hope. We've only been broken up for 3 weeks but she hasn't asked me to come get my clothes that are at her house and hasn't asked for the stuff she has at my place back. If after 2 months of no contact she hasn't reached out to me I will message her about collecting my stuff and returning hers to her. Let her think I'm starting to move on. Your ex is not really confused. He/She is just looking for other opportunities. They don't value you, unfortunately. Keep the NC and go for people who will treat you better. Most of them abandoned you in a blink of an eye. Keep you head high and move on with your life. Things will get better. They're not confused, they don't want you. In case that they'd come back it's just to want to try to destroy you because you've made it without them.

Hello Coach Lee. I'm back here again in your channel I got my girlfriend back last March and we've been going at it for 4 months, but on occasions we had minor fights which leads to breakup and got back after a day or two. Since our long breakup, what she did without me seems to creep in on me from time by time even though she is now making efforts and has improved a lot, I would be anxious and frustrated at times to things she has done.during our breakup. I want to improve. We broke up again, and this time I got little hopes again.

My ex and I had a 5 year on again off again relationship. He broke things off with me after I caught him in a lie. The way I went about catching him was wrong, but it exposed our issues in communication. I did a lot of begging and pleading until he just started ignoring me. I moved out our home and immediately started no contact. After 3 weeks he finally reached out with an extremely long text saying he's unsure he even wants to get in contact with me again. He mentioned all the things he missed about me as well but he seems adamant that this is what he should do. I responded and said that I respected his decision and I hope he finds what he's looking for. He said I was what he was looking for, but he's hurt. I reiterated the same thing and even apologized for my part in the relationship's failure. He hasn't responded and now I'm unsure if I even want things back. Mine started reaching out to me a month after the breakup. I stayed in no contact and let him initiate. He became more and more flirtatious. Then, he saw me at the gym 2x and I ran into in him and his parents. He contacted me following these encounters. Over the past week, he and I have run into each other 2x and talked quite a bit. He texted me about how cute I am and how happy it makes him to see me happy and doing so well with my career. Can we get a video on when your spouse wants a separation or divorce, and they’re adamant about it, but you have some deep discussions about issues and you start to see some relief in them, but then they catch themselves and try to state again “but this is what I want my mind is made up”. Currently going through that with my wife. She’s staying at her parents with 6 people in the house and constantly hanging out with friends. When we see each other we still have that vibe with each other we’ve always had, but then out it no where she will try to convince me and herself it seems, that divorce is what she wants. I’ve made huge progress in the 2 months we’ve been apart, and she has given no effort to trying to work through any problems, only reflects on old issues. Constantly going on trips with friends etc instead. I don’t reach out to her, we talk once a week or so if she reaches out. She has slowly been taking things little by little rather than a bulk of things at once. Been together 7 years, married 3 and I know her better than anyone. Even though I haven’t got any chance to see these signs but during that one “break of NC” last Wednesday because there was a gunshot incident happened in my apartment building, he did FaceTime me for an hour and kept emphasizing I can always go to him if I need to talk about anything.

I went no contact twice only for this person to reach out to me both times just to publicly make a fool out of me The second time was my birthday. He asked to hang out with me and take me out with our “friends” just for him to publicly show that he was messing with our mutual friend. My ex left two weeks ago. She left 90 percent of her things. The biggest thing for me is that she has one of my credit cards and a debit card. She hasn't been using them. (I've been monitoring that) and isn't the type that would do that. In fact a couple days ago she asked if she could use the debit card to get our sun some tylenol. She has mentioned bringing them back and even mentioned helping me pay the credit card off. She has yet to follow through with either of those. I feel like she is using those as a way to stay connected because she may not be totally sure about things. If that's the case and as long as she isn't using them. Without asking first. Iv decided to see how long she might decide to hang onto it.

We have a daughter and both think it would be beneficial to still go to counseling; however, I'm afraid us going to counseling once every week or two will ruin no contact and he won't want to try to make things better with me.

My diagnosed BPD ex of 10 years ghosted me and monkey branched. I never contacted her ever since, it's 10 month already. Now she indirectly smears me in TikTok videos of how 'abusive', 'narcissist' etc I was. I dunno wtf is happening, we almost didn't even have a verbal fights. I didn't offend her ever and she didn't say those things to me while in relationship. Why is she doing this even that I am not reminding of myself - that's the question.

I rejected her little friendship offer and went no contact and surprisingly, she called me last tonight and it was frustrating because she acted like I was supposed to do all of the talking. The conversation ended with her being frustrated because I made the connection to how just like she expected me to talk it was the same as how she expected me to hold our relationship together without communication from her. I mentioned how there was only a lack of intimacy because I started to feel I was the only one who would initiate the intimacy and she went along the lines and said well maybe I should find someone who doesn't care if he is always the one who has to initiate. She didn't text anything after hanging up saying she was starting to get too upset to talk so I'm sure she'll call again but it's hurtful to believe that she has not become less selfish or more accountable. It almost felt like she called to start stuff to justify not talking to me anymore. I don't know where she start talking about how she felt sick because she got the vaccine and I mentioned to her why would you want to talk about something like this when you know but I don't want you getting laced with no experimental drugs. But we were able to talk about our views on this without quarrel because we were together for the whole pandemic anyway so we know each other and where we stand on the topic. The conversation didn't end until the last part and she was in a hurry to get off the phone 😂 I made some good points and she did what children do when they hear what they don't want to hear they just hang up. I wasn't yelling or anything. And it's funny because the last time I talked to her I admit my faults but what troubles me is that she still doesn't want to admit that she did anything wrong, yet calls me expecting me to do all the talking.wnen last time we talked I spend 3 hours talking about what I did wrong.

She broke up with me two weeks ago, had a little contact with her for a few days but I realized it was hurting me so I started no contact a week and one day ago. She initiated contact a couple times just to say “I hope you’re doing okay” and because we live together even though she’s staying somewhere else, snd she had to come to the house sometimes to get some stuff. I had very little hope that she would come back and I know it hasn’t been enough time for it to have any effect on her. But yesterday I just reflected on the relationship, and how long I knew her before that. I know her very well and I realized that because of who she is, she won’t come back to me. I had to completely let go of that hope and that hurt. I went to a spot at the lake where at one point we sang love songs to each other until we cried, but this time I went alone. I threw my ring into the water and I’m moving forward. It still hurts, and in a different way now. But I know that giving myself hope when I know deep down that it won’t work is only going to hurt my growth.

Oh, you mean, something like the keys to my place?! Took me 3 months to get them back. And I had to ask... ^^

Coach Lee, does their cruelty and coldness catch up with them? Them making you jealous, saying hurtful things, blocking you - does it play on their mind, or do they just not care? I'M the confused one, because how could someone have loved you if they could treat you this way? I just don't understand? Please make a video about this?
