I remember when my hockey team was training with a wrestling coach for agility and stuff. The front head spring was one of the things he wanted us to try not expecting any of us to do it. I was the only one who was able to do the front head spring and the front handspring, I was treated like a king for a while. Very nice story

I like how you do a lot of these moves goofy (left side) because I have no acromioclavicular ligaments in my right shoulder due to a motorcycle accident. I am still quite strong on both sides when it comes to muscles but I generally regret it if I stress the right shoulder muscles too much, although it's been getting better. I am a goofy skater but I do most other things either way but some things I learned first on the right side because that's how I first saw them so it's nice to see things done on the left side because I think I need to do things that way due to my shoulder issue. I'm pretty sure I actually did one of those spin ups when I was asleep and an earthquake woke me up. I'm not sure because I wasn't awake until I was in mid-air on the way to standing on my bed. I don't know why my brain thought that would help for an earthquake because it wouldn't, but the earthquake startled me and so I found myself flying up to standing on my bed literally before I was even aware what was going on. lol

Hey Pigmie one time I was running up the stairs and I stood up straight and locked my knees at the top, and something popped, and since then (5 or 6 months ago) my knee joints have been oddly weak, so if I have my knees bent with pressure on them, and then raise them up after a bit, then my knee joints hurt if I go up fast, so I have to gradually go up. Is there a fast fix?

I can do a yoga headstand with my forearms on the ground for a very long time, but handstands cause a problem sometimes because of my bad shoulder and I was never good balancing in those. Those headstands are easier than they seem at first and I've literally closed my eyes and forgotten I was in a headstand before. There's definitely a way in which headstands are easier than even standing because more of your weight is nearer to the ground. However, they are less stable because you can't exactly walk to regain your balance if you lose it. Bend your knees, though, and you'll be fine even if you go over backwards.
