I went to the English speaking classes which were just focused on speaking for one month during my summer vacations in my first year of college. There we used to speak in English via some gameplay, be a radio jockey, or we have to prepare on a topic and just have to speak on it for 5 to 10 minutes. This gives me a lot of confidence and courage. One thing I have noticed while learning is that your group is pro at speaking English then your confidence will go down so join a group of people who are not so good then you as a group of students from a village, via speaking in front of the those who even worst than you is like a super feeling which boosts my confidence. Then I also started speaking in front of a good spoken English group also with confidence. Then I used to watch a lot of English videos on KZfaq with subtitles on and tried to listen to them and simultaneously reading the subtitles also. I am a technical blogger so I write a lot of technical blogs which also helps me improve my English. And one thing is that we know how to speak in English language but tri to speak in front of others or within our mind really helps out. One thing to note here is that while speaking in English in our head we used to eat up a lot of words and grammar things that we find difficult to pronounce so start to speak slowly in our head. For me I felt extreme shy during public speaking. The main point is that there was a fear that my English grammar is wrong and they will laugh at me. So I always avoid public speaking or even with friends too. But now I knew it. I was wrong all the time. A big thank you for you and your videos are fab! ❤

Tip to be fluent:As I am also a student someone suggested me to select a video that you like & then practice it by recording it in ur mobile so that u can listen to rectify it so do practice twice or thrice in a day like this do for a week and then replace the video with the new one.I hope it will be helpful 2u😊

I will begin the English learning journey by method 4 "by speaking".

The best way that I think among all the techniques is reading an article or reading a book .This will not only helps me to improve my vocab but also eliminate hesitation while communicating and insert appropriate word at the time of requirement which I generally skip while speaking in English to someone

Self learning initiatives required to sustain English: 1. Read English newspaper (s) daily 2. Read 1 English magazine each week 3. Read 1 English novel each week 4. Write down all new words from above reading material, find their meanings, revise daily 5. Listen to English speech audios on KZfaq 6. Watch English news channels daily 7. Watch English movies and shows 8. Speak in English for a minimum 30 mins daily. There are no shortcuts to learn english. 😊
