This is the one thing that puts me off doing classes, reversing my left n right as I'm very right dominated. So 1. L & R markers om floor or wall, 2. something on your left wrist , 3 clock, wall, door, etc. Useful thanks.

Glad you posted this. Important! What might also be useful when it comes to "left" and "right" is to think "opposite" when mirroring. Either cue the opposite of what you're doing, or do the opposite of what you're cueing. This way you always mirror or move in unison with your participants.
