Hello, I had a quick question/ troubleshoot problem with this specific area of the Z365R. The “snap ring” popped off and the wire connected to the bolt came completely out of the slot hole thats located near the top. Are there any suggestions on how to squeeze that wiring back into the slot and to put the ring back on?

I tried looking in the technical manual for a solution to this issue and I was unsuccessful. I would call your local dealer and se if you can talk to their lawn and garden technician to see if they can help on this matter. Thanks for watching!

The plastic piece sitting on the nut the levels the deck broke do you know what that piece is called?

I'm not sure what plastic piece you are talking about. The piece that is sitting on top of the nut that levels the deck is actually cast aluminum and it is called a trunnion. Is that what you are talking about?

How do you do it without a leveling gauge?

You could cut a block of wood to 2" or 2.5" and then use it is place of the leveling gauge. Just set you cut of height to whichever height you cut your block and then make sure your blade tips make contact like shown in the video and then adjust if they don't. Good question and thanks for watching!

Do you measure at the lowest part of the blades? Where they angle downward at the end?
