I’m 26, and I used to be SO obsessed with men and marriage.. but as I’m getting older, I understand the importance of having a vision and knowing my purpose working to create the life that I desire for myself BEFORE having a man come into my life. I wanna see myself at my BEST in every aspect. I also understand that MOST relationships are a waste of time. You only need ONE right man for you. 9 times out of ten, your relationship isn’t gonna work out unless it’s GOD ordained. So you might as well spend your time building and committed to your vision, and GOD instead of wasting your time with men that aren’t gonna VALUE you and marry you.

The story is so similar to my mom s story after we lost our dad.. though he left a pension behind, there was so much that mom had to re learn in order for us to survive and thrive as a family. She grew in ways that surprised even herself n even today mom is the rock both of us daughters lean on. This story makes me think of her and feel so proud that I have a mom like her. I’m leveling up in every way - working on doctorate (degree #), updating my house and organizing my space, parents and boo provided the nice coat/car/bag (didn’t ask; just happened; I visualized), saving my coins/growing Roth IRA, improving my appearance because I’ve aged and being cute isn’t easy anymore - HOWEVER WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS AND ATTENDING THERAPY OVER THE PAST 18 MONTHS HAS HELPED WITH THE LEVEL UP/GLOW UP PROCESS MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE!!! I have quit drinking and am focused on the plan from my vision board!!! 🙌🏽

I've learned actualization is of high importance and I sometimes wished that I was taught that. If I had a child, I would definitely make sure they were aware. My mother and father had such a HUGE impact on my life. Out of fear, no voice and hurt and just not knowing how to step out in the way that is conducive to success. It takes more than a good job and self-confidence as well. Ugh, I have come to the reality of my situation and thank fully God has removed some people from my life, that I didn't. Sex played a huge factor-waste of time in my life. Getting out of a constant spiral, separating yourself from your own mess and allowing God to take over is huge! And, when you know better, immediately do better. We often want the world, and the world is rejection and full of the opposition of God. Wow, such a lesson to learn, so late in life (40's). Better late than never. Thank you, Pastor, for always having a Word, a message from God that we need to grow.

I agree that women shouldn't fully rely on a man to sustain her needs but you have to stop putting most of the blame on women and start making men more responsible for their households. They are just as important and responsible as the woman so stop saying that it's the woman's fault if her children suffer. The man is also responsible for his children. He shouldn't accumulate debt that his children has to pay off after he's dead.

I completely agree. The family is in crisis because we as men are FAILING IN OUR RESPONSIBILITIES. When it comes to kids the mother,most of the time, is left with the kids when the relationship fails. Her personal choices determine how the kids survive, even after a bad relationship. What the man of God is speaking I agree. What I have to add that does not always line up for women. You have several women who have and are leveled up that still may be on hold when it comes to relationships. You have hundreds thousands of men that are not at the place where the man of God is at. You have several men what is termed in counseling the Peter Pan syndrome. Women who grow up and mature for responsibility early and have men who spend time going through life like to play and be a little boy forever. You don't see them growing or maturing! The term Momma's boy can be surfaced from these experiences. Girls and Women are not thinking in their minds that deep on could their be any development emotional damage that he has experienced from his parenting or environment that has him stuck. Now you have women who are discouraged and fall into that trap of vanity to keep a man attention. I'm not giving any excuses but truth. The Lord has balance and equality and unity. You have women who don't mind doing the work but men have always been slack dragging behind in putting time in working on themselves and character building. Society and their flesh has them think nothing is wrong with them. It's always the women who have to do this or a formula etc. No one has spent as much time in preparing young men to grow up🌱. Women as a result of this reality and truth have for so long been appearing to look like we are the one covering up for them out of love not to embarrass or expose them praying hoping they would get it together. In actual reality women have been carrying them and it has weighed them down because men don't pick up their cross and carry their weight when they are wrong. Women have to be freed out of that cycle and this is where I come in. We can no longer carry a man weight that is not our place!!!! Men can no longer be stepping on or over women to get them ahead. Men have to step it up or get to Stepping!!!!Men in regards to relationship with women need to appreciate them more(the example like you spoke on about your wife having the insight with the value appraisal of the property). You know how many women are on point like this in many ways and a man who is insecure and manipulative could not have handled her being right or smart to know or speak up. She would have been belittled ridiculed or shut down not appreciated. She knows her value and leveled up but now she is with a man who has not been GROOMED TO HONOR AND APPRECIATE HER VALUE AND WORTH. JESUS NEEDS BALANCE IN THE BODY. MEN NEED TO BE GROOMED!!!!! You have to many of them out of ignorance ego and insecurity killing to many beautiful women who can't accept her development of Leveled Up and Value(Anointed and Highly Favored) Womanhood.

Yes Yes Yes! Thank you! I see so many women being foolish and lying to themselves and those around them Trying to be something they aren't and going into debt to do so. It is disheartening when women want to be taken care of. I became a widow at 48. Now 61, thank God I am able to take care of myself if it's not God's will for me to not be remarried. Great message. It is divine. Your teachings bring me so much faith and comfort. You are one of the online mentors that have impacted my life for the better. My God my God, I've wasted all my good years on very bad choices I've made. I'm a 60yrs Hispanic lady in Tucson Ariz and I was married twice and no children. Now here I let a ex stay here on couch no nothing physical. I just thought I'd help him for a month or so and im already exhausted. He leaves early in the morning and gets in around 9:/9:30. I've been feeding him my food with my stamps and God God knows my heart is really ready for a TRUE man of God. This one says he saved but the fruit..? None. I know what I MUST do!! @@genxx2724 Yes you are so right about this matter @GenX X I've decided I will tell him after this thanksgiving. He seems to think he's no bother but he doesn't understand how I've changed. I told him that I want someone who loves JESUS! He says he is born again but his language is f-this f-that, f f f!! I don't like it and I told him to tone it down. Well please pray for me that I MUST do this Saturday, when he's out working so he says, I think I tried to make him understand and I have been putting up with him over a month now. Only God can change him, I even explained about being unevenly yoked together...I'm to tired and I've been alone with no relationship since 2015. I told him that I will not any man use my body as a dumpster! If you get my drift, I just felt sorry for him because he was homeless for ten years because he chose that life. I'm a 60yrs Hispanic lady in Tucson and he's 51, thank you for your advice. Conformation is what I was asking God for and your message to me says it all. Have a blessed thanksgiving

In my opinion what the father does or does not do has a bigger impact on the mother who had to raise her kids if the dad decides not to be there and do his responsibilities as a father. He makes her unstable. He sets her up for failure. Now she has to man up. Smh. Its sad what they do and the burden that's put on her but she had to come to terms and man up. Whewww no wonder it's so man feminine men and masculine females

I COMPLETELY AGREE. The reality is, the woman is often left to be the sole source for the kids. It’s an unfair weight put upon the woman but it is too often the reality. Therefore the woman has to be prepared to face this crisis for the well-being of the kids.😊

Oh my days did I ever need this message. I can’t relate to a relationship based on frivolous spending but I have been a dedicated working wife and mother in a very neglectful marriage for 8 years now. Not Abusive per say...he just doesn’t care enough to try. Being a military family I always thought oh it’ll work out it’s just the distance blah blah but no...it isn’t that at all. He has checked out, years ago I’m afraid. He’s finally home and I’ve tried EVERYTHING and essentially have had to realize I cannot make a marriage work by myself distance or not! I’m beyond over it. I’ve been putting off my call to ministry for ages...it’s time for a change! Pastor I can’t thank you and Sister Lisa enough for the help you’ve given me through your books and this channel Peace and Blessings to you both🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾

Outstanding message; advice we all need, but especially those in their 20s. We should only rely on God and money. Learn to recognize the difference between "needs" and "wants", live way below one's means, save as much as possible, and start practicing good money management skills early in life. Get debt free, learn to invest. Too many people are wasting money paying interest on debt. We can never take for granted good health, a job or government assistance. Social Security may not even be around when those that are in their 20s now reach retirement age. Financial planning should be taught in schools - not just as a career, but as a lifestyle. Having financial security and stability gives great peace of mind. The Book of Proverbs is one of the best places to go for money (and life) wisdom.

If I had to chose a favorite point from this, it was the fact that we are not going to connect with the type of men we are dreaming about if we are not focused on actualizing ourselves! I always hear people bring up the story of Ruth and Boaz to suggest that she was found when, in fact, she was getting after it picking up that grain and also positioning herslef to be found at the *same time* ❤️

I never see any women watch these relationship videos and say they got married or anything like that by listening to this because honestly all this does overtime is drain you. It’s OK to seek help and heal yourself but after a while if all you’re talking about is relationships that is very draining . Life is more than relationships. Life is more than marriage. I’m not saying it’s not important but there is so much more to life and I think a lot of women need to start focusing so much on relationships.

What i really like about you pastor is you explain things from your generation and the more you listen the more you realize ain’t a thing changed. We have new vocab for the same old problems lol makes me feel less alone because my mom doesn’t talk too much about her youth (it was intense and I get it that she’s not gonna always wanna talk about it) and I’ve never met either one of my grandmothers so older female guidance can be hard for me to come by. My father on the other hand likes to share much with me haha Your kind father like guidance is good for me too though! Thank you thank you!
