I’m on ozempic and I’m not losing

I am 63 last couple years gained lots of weight due to my thyroid disorder. No other diseases I got up to 206. I did not want to get hypertension nor diabetes. As I was pre diabetic last physical. I started doing intermittent fasting and fasting days. I started to go to the gym was already at 190. I began with lifestyle changes quit drinking alcohol.Cut carbs and sugars foods not healthy. Muffin top was not coming down as much. I started se aglutine 3 weeks ago with a weight of 183. Last week I weighted 176. So I’m sure making good lifestyle changes can keep weight off once journey done. The clinic I started doing semaglutide combines it it vitamin B-12.

Need your help! I began .25 mg Wegovy 4 weeks ago. 1st 2 weeks ok just very fatigued and constipation. Beginning of week 3, I experienced some extreme life-stress then 3 days later had a bad episode of anxiety and felt like I was going to pass out, subsequently have had an off-kilter feeling, anxiety, pounding-heart, headache, etc. Yesterday morning the symptoms increased to include very red and hot face & ears and felt much like I would pass out again. Someone offered me a small jug of Sunny D to drink and about 15+ mins later I felt more "normal" but then for remainder of day had all of the symptoms and another episode where I felt so bad I was worried I would pass out😢. I awoke nervous today and am scheduled to begin .50 mg dose tonight and am scared. I do not want to quit this medication as I really need it but I can't live like this 😵‍💫 Do u have any thoughts and suggestions you can share with me on this? As your video mentioned, I do not believe hypoglycemia is common with this medication. Could the extreme upset and stress be bringing this on? Note: both severe episodes occurred after overnight fasting into the afternoon so maybe i need to eat sooner? Also, why have i continued to have the symptoms for a few days niw evento i have eaten, etc? Help! -Katrina

Hi there, I hope you can answer this for me: so I just started my second week of .25 mg of Ozempic and so far I haven't lost any weight nor have I seen any changes in my appetite. Is that normal considering I'm only on my second week of .25mg Ozempic?? Thanks

Can this be a maintenance drug after you go off manjuro? I am currently on manjuro and I have loss 85 pounds since last October!
