I made this red velvet cake tonight it was delicious it was very very moist but I messed up on the icing, When my cake came out of the Pan it was like some of the cake in the icing together. I don't know what I did wrong, but I'm thinking. Maybe I didn't put enough butter on the Pan. I think that's what happened but the cake was delicious, thank you. This is my 1st time making a cake in a long, long time. I started it around 8o'clock at night, but I finished around 12 o'clock. I have a problem with my back, so when my back hurts so bad, I have to lay down and then come back. That's what took me so long. 😊 I will make this cake again.

Can you believe when the first boxes of red velvet came I had to have ! I bought 2 boxes at $2.49 for each one to make a Bundt cake . I followed the instructions which I knew what you do to yours , anyway it got done a total flop it seemed like it was undercooked, it rose then it went down like a pancake ! I’ve never had any kind of problems with any of my cakes except for this one ! I go to the store pick it up then remember the mess , put it right back , not so again, I’m going to buy & change up the directions like you do !
