This is the best bunt cake ever...made it a few time's since i found it. It's delicious with or without the glaze. Both ways taste amazing..thank you for sharing 🙏❤😋

Another tip: put 1/3 of your plain batter in the pan then mix the berries in the rest and layer it over the plain batter to prevent a soggy bottom.

I love this. I make a Keto lemon berry loaf. Basically the ingredients are the same except almond flour is used and I use monkfruit sweetener. Looks delicious is delicious. I like warm pound cake. Yummy!

Gina just a hint. You need the paddle attachment to cream butter and sugar together...not the whisk. Everything in the center of your whisk is not getting incorporated.

Hi Gina. Long time follower. First time posting. Love your enthusiasm! Your recipe is similar to mine. I use two sticks of butter instead of three. I use sour cream, 6 eggs. And I cook for 90 minutes at 325. Gonna incorporate less time and more butter in mine. I’ll send you a picture on how it comes out.

I love blueberry pound cakes. For a really tender moist cake I use swans cake flour and 1 cup of buttermilk alternating flour and buttermilk. I find it better to add eggs after creaming butter it keeps from over mixing.
