Best way to frame a canvas is with a floating frame. This was made with reclaimed cedar that was about 85 years old.

I don't know what was more ingenious, the masking tape to glue it together, the brackets to make sure it was exactly 45 degrees or the scraper wrapped in sandpaper to sand in small places. The frame was beautiful. Your workmanship is unbelievable. Such a great job.

Very good video! This was just what I needed to do my next project. I appreciate the step by step detail you provide in your videos, and I always learn a new technique or two to make my life easier. I'm also working on how to speak metric as a second language since we have not yet progressed that far in the USA. Thanks much and keep 'em coming.
