Nice instructional video, shows the process in an easy to understand way. I have a similar burner using an old air compressor tank giving a ash draw, fire box and enclosed cooking area. A trick I used for the hinges was to cut the hinge line and part of the door and fit the hinges before fully cutting out the doors. This way the door remains in the hole and is all lined up before being released.

Planning to make one of these myself, trying to use up the tiny bit of gas thats left in the bottle first and connected it to my bbq, so far its been going for about 3 hours.. never thought it would last that long lol!

It's a great idea, but I'm guessing most of us haven't got access to a workshop like that. Can you do another one that doesn't include plasma cutting and all the welding. Cracking job though mate, you could sell those!

That's great Dan. When is your stove on sale ? I understand that you need views but for me personally I can cook really well so I would much prefer to see you doing projects like this. You have got skills mate and your wedding and metal works skills far out way you burning slabs if meat 😜👍✋🏼.....great project , I want one

be careful flo gas dosnt get you , i used a couple of beer kegs once and got a knock at the door lol blur or remove brand fist ;)

there were pen markings during the early stages for "tray", i guess this was for cleaning the ashes out. It didn't make it to the end, was it unneccesary? thanks

Not much ventilation I've got one sitting on another bottle which was cut in half I put proper slats in the bottom of the burner plenty of air & it's so easy to clear away ash

I'd like to make a few of these myself. I figure using a powerplasma cutter would be faster and cleaner than using an angle grinder. What do you usually use to cut with?

David Green the door got damaged when taking it off. So when I re-rolled it I did it wrong BUT as you can it works well.. Thankyou for watching

cut, but the door is useless and the hole is too small to allow enough heat out to your body outside. great indoor idea with a proper flue thru the roof, but stupid stupid for outdoors, dump the door. Close the door and all your heat escapes up, yeah, duh
