Who doesn’t love wine and a cheese board?! 🍷🧀 With the holidays coming up, I thought this would be a great thing to make for a party or bring to a party as a gift! Cortney LaCorte a.k.a. the @nashvillecheesegal came over to teach us how to assemble one of her artistic masterpieces, and I invited my sister in-laws and my mom over to enjoy it (which we did... very quickly).
Cortney has made me cheese boards for a bunch of parties and holidays and they are always a huge hit!! As she said, it LOOKS intimidating to make, but if I can do it, you can do it! You can substitute any of these ingredients - you can make it vegetarian or use crudite and produce to make it vegan.

Thank you for this class on how build a charcuterie board. I typically imagine cheese boards as flat and one-dimensional, but I LOVED how you and Cortney used fanning and folding techniques with the cheese and salami slices and experimented with layering to create so much height and depth that made the board really visually interesting and beautiful. Also, you are a perfect host and inspiring in the way you share your time and home with the special women in your life. Much love to you, Lily!
