Here, we add our coating. I use 1 stick of salted BUTTER, and seasonings to coat the turkey. This will give you a nice thin golden brown color, when the turkey is done, and add some flavor. I used Italian seasoning, freshly cracked pepper, and salt. Tie the legs near the bottom, to keep them from pressing too hard against pan.
