Ingredients:
110 gr of Eggs (2 Eggs)
120 gr of common sugar
400 gr of flour 0000
20 g of baking powder
4 gr of fine salt
200 gr of cold butter cut into cubes
1 tbsp vanilla essence
zest of 1 lemon
400 - 700 gr of Sweet Quince (Amount to taste).
