I made one very similar to this out of Zebrawood but I had trouble drilling out the blade hole deep enough. It's best to pre drill the hole before gluing it together.

Firstly - I am grateful for the video, nicely done!!! I'd add a couple of words of caution - especially for beginners considering the technology: 1. This method is risky IF a drill stand or tilted bandsaw are not high enough prevision grade. If you are not sure about drilling at 90.0 degrees - better drill first, insert blade (with split dowell/stick or undercured epoxy method) and do markings and shaping after. 2. Agree with comment before: the horn 'bolster' can be made with much less elbow greece.. if done separately AND also - drilled liberally from backside. Again, ref. Splt stick method. Once again, thank you and Like for many other things!!

shape isnt traditional handle with all sides same ... normaly sides are longer than top & bottom more like regtanular with 45° edges
