Amazing work sir, is it possible to see in more detail how you made the opposable thumb? I am very curious, as your design is unlike others I have seen. 😊 What gauge / thickness of aluminum wire did you use to string the finger holes?

It's simpler than you might think. The cable is not aluminum but a steel cable, exactly the bicycle brake cable, the diameter is 1 mm. The steel cable works well both when pushing and pulling. The diameter of the aluminum fingers is 12mm

Thank you so much for your reply. I want to make a similar kind, but with a 3d printer as I don't have a CNC mill. One more question- what type of screws did you use? Sorry to bother you!

I normally use 2 and 3 mm screws, in this case it is preferable to use elastic pins.

Thanks for the compliment. Do you need the mold, right hand, left hand or both? Do you also need the counter mold that goes inside? If you send me your email, we can discuss further.

For a fake skin type glove you can use dishwasher gloves and paint it accordingly. Or just use a pair of regular gloves. You can also use the dishwasher gloves to help make a hand mold. I’m sure you can find a video on the topic. Also author, that hand build looks fantastic!🤪
