Hussain, thank you so much for these videos. My Dad was Pakistani but I have no links from my heritage on his side. Lots of these dishes are the same ones he used to cook for me and all those childhood visits to his friends houses where they always fed me so well. I’ll be trying my best to make these dishes and your videos are excellent - crystal clear and you are a natural teacher.

Hi Hussain. Thank you, that was superbly presented. (I reckon it would also be wonderful with a layer of mashed potato on top as a Pakistani-English fusion shepherd's pie!) Also, full marks on the sound quality. That was incredibly clear. I'm sure all the hard, reflective surfaces in a commercial kitchen doesn't make that an easy task to accomplish.

Lovely idea this whole thing. And what a good alternative to mix some with rice and make it into a Lamb Mince Biryani. How much better this is than a meat burger in a bun! This is real Pakistan food at its best.
