It’s funny how every video on weight lifting over explains or under explains. Like can someone just list workouts how many sets and reps and how to do them? Like I don’t need to pay for someone to tell me something if they can just show me a plan. Like how do people weight lift with no guidance

Depends on intensity you can be curling 1lbs dumbell for 100sets but it's not effective not better than 3 sets till faliure
