California roll is one of my favorite. Looks easy and delicious. I should try this at home. Joe, looks like you are a magician who revels the secret of the magic and make people think that anybody can be a magician. I think I can be a cook after watching this video. Thanks.

can you please tell me where to buy soy sauce and wasabi that tastes as good as at the shushi restaurants? anything i buy at the grocery store, even the asian ones, doesnt taste anywhere near as good. I've tried all kinds of brands. BTW i wish you did more videos, you are exceptionally skilled!

literally just buy kikkoman soy sauce, my restaurant has been using them for over 25 years.

I strongly recommend you to buy powder wasabi. Then mix it with water. That is how we do at sushi restaurants.

Did you buy the shreaded crab meat or did you make it? if you made it then can you show how did you make it? I guess putting it in a blender would totally destroy it.

Thank you for your comment. You can get shredded or stick crab at asian market. But stick crab taste better.

I forgot to tell you how to make shredded crab meat mix. Once you get shredded crab meat then mix with mayo. That's it. That is how we make shredded crab meat at most sushi restaurants.
