Ingredients:
Duncan Hines Apple Filling $3.02
Egg Roll Wrappers $2.49
Powdered Sugar $1.00
Brown Sugar $1.59
Caramel Sauce $2.58
Vanilla Extract
White Sugar
Ground Cinnamon
Butter
Instructions:
1.In a medium bowl gently combine apple filling, white sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract
2.Lay egg roll wrappers on a flat surface
3.Using a spoon, place a small amount of apple filling on the center of an egg roll wrapper
4.Begin folding the bottom corner up to the center, then fold the left & right corners to the center, rub free edges of wrapper with water, gently roll the roll until sealed
5.Repeat step 4 until all filling has been used
6.Fry rolls in hot oil until crispy & golden brown
7.Allow rolls to cool then roll in a combination of white sugar & ground cinnamon
8.Plate finished rolls, lightly dust with powdered sugar and enjoy with a side of caramel sauce!
