Ingredients
- Discs of Empanada Dough 12 u.
- Ground Beef 250 Gr.
- Two Onion (250 Gr.)
- Half Red Bell Pepper
- Two Boiled Eggs
- Green Olives to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Ground Red Pepper to taste
- Ground Chili Pepper to taste
- Salt 2 Tsp.
- Lard 30 Gr. (or Oil)
- One Egg (optional, for brushing)
*Quantities for 12 Empanadas.
*Lard can be replaced by the same amount of Butter or Oil.
