Ingredients: Dough
9 cups of all-purpose flour
4 1/2 teaspoons of yeast
1 tablespoon of salt
6 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of yeast
8 tablespoons of butter
1 egg
2 1/2 cups of water
Filling
2 medium-sized mackerel or any other firm fish
2 small onion, finely chopped
fresh pepper/ 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of curry powder
seasoning cubes (to taste)
salt (to taste)
Oil for frying

Good job, please you only used yeast for this recipe, why not baking powder. Thanks

I prefer yeast in this recipe because it makes the rolls lighter and softer. Baking powder would make the dough dense. Compare doughnut (yeast ) vs buns (baking powder)

Lol😂. For the sizes of the rolls in the video, one spoon is enough. But you can adjust the amount to suit your preference, just ensure you seal the dough properly before frying.
