Thank you for this recipe I tried it today in smaller quantity it made very delicious buns just like street buns taste. But for egg rolls it needed just a little more sugar.

Hello madam. Seven cups of water isn't a measurement, unless you stated the volume of each cup. Please, buy a kitchen scale. It helps that you give the measurements in tsp or tbsp and also grams so that if one doesn't have a graduated tsp or tbsp, they can use the scale they have. Besides, tsp and tbsp are relative in my opinion. Thank you.

Looks yummy but using baking powder and yeast as a rising agent, is it not too much? I thought baking powder is for egg rolls and the yeast for doughnuts
