How to make basundi at home | बासुंदी रेसिपी | Simple and easy recipe | home made basundi
Ingredients:
1/2 liter milk (whole milk/full fat)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp elaichi powder
3-4 cashews and almonds (optional)
7-8 saffron threads (kesar)
Tips- you can freeze this mixture in the fridge keeping in different shapes of mold and enjoy as kesar malai ice-cream.
