Beef Ribs are my favorite! It's almost like getting a full serving of Brisket handed to your right on a bone, lol. These meaty, tender, and delicious Beef Ribs were cooked on my Traeger, but you could do them in the oven too. I'm going to show you how to #MakeItHappen

Shopping List:
1 rack Beef Plate Ribs
2 tbsps worcestershire sauce
1-2 tbsps hot sauce
All-Purpose Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder)
BBQ Seasoning of choice
Beef Stock (1/4 cup for wrap and 1 cup for spritz)
Directions:
Trim excess fat from ribs. Put down a coating of worcestershire and hot sauce (you can also use olive oil) on both sides to help the seasoning stick and develop a nice bark. Season generously with salt and your favorite all-purpose seasoning. Finally, put a layer of BBQ seasoning on both sides. Set your oven or smoker to 275 degrees and place the ribs on for 3 hours. (If using a smoker, spritz ever 45 mins or so with beef stock). Once the ribs hit 165-175 degrees internal temp, wrap in foil with 1/4 cup beef stock. Unwrap and cook an additional 30-45 minutes or until the bark reforms and the ribs are 205-210 internal temp. (They should be very tender!)
