Khewa Datshi is very popular dish in Bhutan.Khewa mean Potatoes Datshi is cheese.Very simple and easy to make and tasty though it is spicy a bit.Hope you guys will love it it 🙏

Thank you chef for the original recipe as in all other recipes of Kewa Datshi, everyon was putting oil anf frying the potatoes and onions and garlic but this is so full of flavours and zero oil...so yummy and healthy and authentic ❤😊
