Kelly, when I was younger, I was aware of a poisonous cassava and a non-poisonous one. So the two do exist. The trick is however, knowing the difference, as they are quite similar. Nevertheless, thank you for making it so simple to prepare this dessert.

4 cups grater cassava 1 cup coconut 1.3/4 cups sugar 1tbs put ginger 4 onz butter 1teasp cinnamon + 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon Essence 1 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 cups milk 1/4.cup raisins Cream butter and Sugar ..add essence

We've 2 varieties a bittter & a sweet one. The bitter type is use to make bammies after it wash mixed with water and squeezed.

Girl she has to be talking about 350, in 1 hour at 250 it will be still in a liquid form. She must mean 350

As much as you can, depending on the cassava you may or may not get alot of liquid

Glendora, I never had baking powder in pine, and I would actually add one and half cups of liquid. That's how we make it in Trinidad. Blessings. But her's looks very good.

I was wondering why the baking powder I am 65 and can't remember my mother or grandmother putting baking powder in pone anyways this is 2022 so I will try it and see. Phone looks very good though
