I buy my organic chia seeds at Lidal store they work great I made some chia pudding today with mashed up strawberries in it so yummy good 3 tablespoons to 3/4 cup milk of your choice and the texture is perfect!

Currently struggling with my chia seeds from Trader Joe’s. It’s not pudding for me; it’s pure liquid, and I actually drink it 😂. Although it tastes great, I’d prefer this as a pudding.
