Fantastic idea! You can make any tea medicinal by NOT boiling the water. Generally as soon as you are aware of water movement, it's hot enough. Pour over your tea & COVER it 10-15 min to retain the medicine which evaporates in the steam. For bark or herb roots, you want a low simmer (covered)for about 5-10 min then remove it from heat & keep it covered for 10 more min.

You only need 1 stick per 200mls of water, might as well but in 4 cloves as well. Use high grade Manuka honey when cooled. Boil , simmer 15 or 20mins.
