We share great similarities as a people. I'm from Ogoniland in Rivers State and my mum used to buy this from the market for us as younger children. I haven't eaten it in over two decades but with your help, I'll make it at home and reminisce the early days in Luubara, my hometown. And I know it will be nutritious. And again, thanks for your Igbo too. Learning Igbo while listening to you is interesting. You try to pronounce even minutes of cooking in Igbo and that's beautiful. Daalu.

The corn is in a paste form...for want of time. A word or two on how to get the corn in that form, whether parboil, or sucked dry corn or fresh corn was grounded could have done some magic.

Nice recipe.... I can see the corn is in a paste form, place is it fresh or dried corn?

You can use either but you'll need to soak the dry corn to tenderize before use. Fresh corn is the best...just get it off the cob and blend.
