Learn how to make crispy bread with this easy recipe. Follow along for simple steps to create delicious homemade bread that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
Ingredients:
650g flour
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp salt
400ml warm water
50ml olive oil
Mix all ingredients together
kneed for around 5-10 minutes or ontil the dough becomes elastic and playable
then cover and keep it in a warm place for an hour or untill double the size.
punch the dough, shape it and rise it for another 30 mins
bake for 15 mins on 200c then lower the temp to 180c for another 20 -30 minutes ( depending if you are making one bread or two small one )
bread should be golden brown and if you tap at the back of it, it should sound hollow.
