Vegeta is a vegetable stock . You can mix it in the water or you buy stock .

Panna cotta (serves 6pp) 750ml milk 450ml thickening cream 3 Tbsp sugar 8 sheets of gelatine 1 Tsp vanilla paste ------------------------- Berries mixture 250g blueberries 250g raspberries 2 Tbsp sugar 1/2 Tsp vanilla sugar cinnamon ------------------------ -1.Place gelatine in a separate container filled with cold water and let it soften. Set aside 2. On the low heat boil milk, cream, sugar and vanilla paste . Do not over boil, however, make sure sugar melts well. 3. After a few minutes, take it off the heat 4. Take the gelatine out of the water, squeeze all the excess water, and add the gelatine into the cream mixture (Do not cook the gelatine ! ) 5. Stir well, as you don't want any clumps of gelatine in it 6. Pour the mixture in prepared serving glasses ,cover with cling wrap, and keep it in the fridge to set for at least 5 hours or better over night. 7 Prepare berries mixture 8. Place all the ingredients in a pan. Cook until berries softens and releases the juices. 9. You can blend them with the blender, or you can keep mashing them just a little bit so you can still have some pieces of fruit . 10. When panna cotta is firm remove it from the fridge and cover with berry mixture.11. Serve Panna cotta cold

Please don't give up. I have to say I never tried sourdough as it looks so complicated. Too much happening with feeding and keeping the sourdough starter. But this bread is easy . Please try it and let me know how did you go

Hi, yes, I only used plain flour . You can add 1/3 of wholemeal flour , but you need to add slightly more water

Best home cooking I’ve seen on a short, I’d recommend getting some good lighting or editing cause the filter I feel took away from the natural colors of the food. But wow them burgers looked amazing 👌

MIXED FRUIT PIE ( step-by-step below )(serves 10 - prep 45mins - cook time 45mins * BASE * - 280g flour - 200g salted butter ( cold ) - if using unsalted, add a pinch of salt - 2 egg yolks ( keep the separated egg whites for meringue below) - 2 tbsp white wine * FILLING * - 4 plums - 3 peaches - 3 nectarines - 2 tbsp sugar - cinnamon - 3-5 wheat-bix ( or sponge / lady finger biscuits ) - 250g thickened cream * MERINGUE / EGG WHITE FROTHY TOPPING * - 100g raw sugar ( any sugar is okay ) - 2 egg whites ( which you have separated already above ) ------------------------------‐ Step-by-step: * DOUGH * 1. mix all (BASE) ingredients together by hand until smooth and put the dough to the side for later use 2. mix egg whites and sugar ( MERINGUE ingredients ) together until thick and frothy - you will know it is ready when glossy peaks begin to form 3. place in the fridge to be put on the pie face later * FRUIT MIX * 4. chop all the fruits into small, equal sized pieces and throw them into a frying pan 5. Add sugar ( you can adjust this depending on sweetness of fruits ) 6. add cinnamon ( to taste ) 7. simmer the fruits for around 5 minutes - to soften the fruits and release juices 8. set aside the fruits for later use * FILLING * ( pre-heat oven at 180° C ) 9. press the base mix spreading the dough evenly along the base and sides of your baking pan / tray - this will be the pie crust 10. crumb the wheat bix (or crumbable cookie) to lightly cover over the base 11. follow with the mixed fruits 12. add extra cinnamon if you wish 13. pour over thickening cream evenly * BAKING * 14. preheat the oven if you haven't already at 180° C 15. bake for 30 mins 16. remove from the oven and dollop the meringue / egg white frothing over the fruits and filling 17. carefully spread the meringue evenly across the pie face 18. back in the oven, bake for another 15-20 mins - until the meringue turns a golden brown 19. ENJOY :)

Ingredients : 1kg Flour 500 ml milk 9gr yeast 1 Tsp baking powder 4 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp rum ( optional ) Lemon or orange zest ( 1 lemon or from 2 oranges ) 2 eggs + 1 yolk 250ml oil or melted butter Vanilla sugar or vanilla paste 2 Tsp All spice 2 Tsp Cinnamon 1 1/2 cup sultanas or 2 cups of chocolate chip ( I forgot to put mine in the dough so I improvised ) pinch of salt ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cross mixture: 75 gr flour 5Tbsp water ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jam mixture: 1 Tbsp apricot jam 2 Tsp water ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Mix all ingredients together Add sultanas or choc chip in as well while mixing Rise the dough for 1hr Stretch the dough over floured surface or you can make the log and then cut into equal pieces it makes around 25 - 30 pcs Mix the cross mixture together, place it into piping bag and draw crosses over buns cover with another tray (upside down) and rise for another 30 mins then uncover Preheat the oven on 180c Bake for 30min Remove from the oven and brush buns with the jam mixture If eating buns another day you either freeze them, take them out 1hour before serving and then reheat for 15sec in microwave Enjoy!
