Crispy Garlic Chips are an essential condiment in many of my recipes. It is used to enhance the flavor of noodles, fried rice, vegetables, tofu, and the possibilities are endless. The oil from the fried garlic are good for stir-fries, steamed fish, noodles, blanched vegetables, etc.

1 1/2 Tbsp of Garlic OIl
3 Large Eggs
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Sea Salt, to taste
A Few Dashes of Ground White Pepper
3 to 4 Stalks Scallion/Green Onion, chopped

How do you make the garlic brown evenly though? I always have trouble with frying garlic since the smaller bit usually got darker faster than the bigger one. My cutting skill is not that great.
@Seasaltwithfood

Just have to try to slice them evenly, if not they won't fry evenly. Good luck!

@gregedwards2078
@gregedwards2078 2 жыл бұрын
@@jamessgarage5406 maybe you overcooked it.It will turn darker when it cools so make sure it's not so dark when frying. You could also put the garlic cloves in water and bring it up to a boil repeat 3-4x to get rid of the harshness.
