🥩LOMO SALTADO INGREDIENTS
~ Top Sirloin cut into 1/2 inch chunks
~ Red Onion cut into 1 inch strips
~ 8 cloves minced Garlic
~ 1/2 tbsp minced ginger (optional)
~ The juice of 1/2 a Lime (optional)
~ Teaspoon ground cumin
~ Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
~ A couple splashes Soy Sauce
~ Ajinomoto seasoning (or salt & pepper)
~ 2 Aji Amarillo peppers cut into thin strips (remove the seeds)
~ Chopped cilantro for topping the dish at the end (for garnish)
~ French fires
~ White Rice
~ Cooking oil (for high temp cooking)
~ A splash of white vinegar
~ The flesh of 2 Plum tomatoes cut into 1/2 inch strips
~ 1 bunch of scallions cut into 1 inch pieces
Marinate your beef for at least and hour and remember not to over cook your veggies. You want them somewhat crispy.
