It’s a stir fry dish man… typically served with rice…. Fajitas are never as good as a Lomo saltado

Some folks serve the fries on the side for exactly that reason and it's still perfectly traditional to do it that way if that's what you prefer.

You can eat it without fries and rice. It’s called lomito Al jugo. It’s a breakfast dish.
