I usually stir fry the rice with the fried beef, onions & kpakpo shito before adding the water. Your method came out well though.

I do that sometimes too. Especially if i am not using the beef. I just feel Like boiling the water like I did hepls tge beef give off more salt and flavour to the rice

Looks delicious looks just like our mix rice with salted beef and coconut milk or oil.but not with the cornedbeef I like my cornedbeef cooked
