Your dried shrimp is the world no1 premium and excellent quality. It can win a trophy 🏆🏆🏆 I am not joking. I was just thinking of how to make dried shrimp at home instead of buying it outside, nowadays I can't find the satisfaction of dried shrimp like before when my mother cooked any dishes, they were so delicious. Thank you 😊 If you don’t have food dehydrator machine, the air fryer or oven works perfectly and save time too. 100C bake for 30 minutes it depends the prawn sized and check if not dry enough to keep it going until you satisfied the results 😊

Thank you! I've been wanting to make XO sauce but the cost of dried prawns and scallops is extortionate for the low-quality product available. I live near two Morrisons, the normal type and the warehouse-style that has a lot of fish really cheap. I'm going to try both of your drying recipes as it's cheaper to buy a dehydrator than the dehydrated ingredients. 😅

Sounds great! In fact, you can use any type of oven and set to lower temperature less than 100C.
