How to Make Electric Bike With 2000W Hub Motor 70 Km/h

Hi friends today I am going to show how to make electric bike with 2000w electric bike conversion kit at home .
Here I used 72v 60A , Li fepo4 battery pack (4200w) and 2000w hub motor. The torque and speed (70 km/h) of the motor are very good .The range of the bike per single charge is 110 km.

The road transport and highways ministry on Wednesday issued a notification permitting retrofitting. Nice piece of retrofitting. But instead of battery as a single bulk unit it may be modified as two batteries one erected in lieu of engine and another duly replacing the petrol tank .

Need quotations for that plz, improve the design of battery bank cut the petrol tank from bottom and move power bank a little upwards. This will help foot rest problem and side stand stability as well.

This is awesome. Very good positioning of the heavy battery too. Low centre of gravity. Hub motor is more efficient than mid drive. You will probably get 20-30km per kwh, maybe more? Tesla gets only 4, haha

Great feat of engineering. Just one thing, chipping/cutting the ends off from swing arm is not good idea. The rear tire axle is always housed in a closed comparent. If ome end of the swing arm is open, then the axle is housed with mechanism that prevents it from sliding forward or backward. Even though the rear axle is tightened with nuts, but all motorcycle axles are housed in closed ends swingarms. It makes the vehicle more safer, as the load/weight of the vehicle is not concentrated just on the top portion of the wedge in the swingarm that you have just created by cutting away some of the metals from inside. Closing off the open ends with a clamp tightener will help in transfering the load of the vehicle properly to both top and bottom part of the wedge that is created.

@@Boemel It is not the sliding he was concerned about but rather it was the strain on the top part of the arm because it is no longer connected in any way with the bottom part at the rear end. He was suggesting including a removable part that connects both top and bottom parts together at the end that is open. I had exactly the same concern when I watched the video.
