I recently purchased a Philips noodle maker. I enjoy this kitchen device a lot!! Never been this easy to make some fresh and delicious home made noodle. Super recommend!!

I don’t have the users manual anymore 😂 it is very easy to hand wash and I think it is better to do hand wash. You have to take it apart every time after use. There are many piece, some of them are made of metal and some of them are made of plastics. I am not sure the fish washer is able to clean all the parts thoroughly. :)

Hi Alex , I just bought Philip HR2365. I try to make a Dan Dan noodle but my noodle came out and sticking to each other . I follow the manual with amount of egg and water and flour. Is there anything go wrong ? Please advise. Thanks

Hi my friend. I would try these. 1. reduce the water and add more egg. The egg will make the texture solid. 2. use bread flour which has more gluten. 3. let the noodle try for 30 to 60 mins before cooking. I hope it helps 🙂

I bought Philips HR2357 , now after one month of using, mixing and extrusion becoming very slow, how can I fix that .

Sorry to hear that. Is it possible that the mixture was too dry? Maybe add slightly more water into the flour mixture?

Can rice noodles be made using the machine? Has anyone tried?
@alexathome2 жыл бұрын
I don’t think it will work since there is no gluten in the rice. Maybe it would work if you boil the rice noodle right after it comes out of the machine.

@@alexathome I'll keep note of that. Thank you.

150 watt which doesn't seem to strong compare to standing mixer or food processor.

You don't need to rub the noodles in flour!

Do not ever mix the eggs without the water. You put the eggs whole and then add the water to the mesure required.

I added both egg and water per instructions but came out a bit dry. Maybe I will try your suggestion
