Whilst everybody else was rushing around the shop trying to stockpile toilet papers, I stockpiled on onion and garlic to get another batch of base gravy going for the first time in years. Made this curry again and it was fantastic as ever Al, cheers.

Made the base last week and this is the second curry I have done, absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend you enough. We are lucky enough to have an Asian shop near by so all fresh ingredients on our doorstep. No more takeaways for us.

Hi Al, made this last night and it was awesome! I added half a teaspoon of Mr Naga pickle to it and it was fantastic. Also made your Chicken Tikka Masala for my wife who loved it. Great recipes and great videos, keep up the great work!
