Absolutely not! I think in general there are too many hand wavy and sped up videos of the art process out there. Those are entertaining but sometimes I want to actually do a deep dive and learn stuff. I think you're a great teacher!

Really cool to see the process! I still can't make the jump to invest in a big printer. I keep hearing horror stories about them breaking down at the worst times 😭 I'll be visiting the art hop and shop this Saturday - can't wait to see all the art there! Also lol at that comment about US measurements vs the rest of the world measurements

Awesome, look forward to seeing you at the Art Hop! Hope we have nice weather! I haven't had too much trouble with my printers, but they can get quite expensive with the inks. I thought about explaining the US standard but decided it wasn't worth it. 🙄

Thank you! I learned a lot! One question- how do you “digitize” your art? (How do you get it into digital format? Do you take a picture of original or scan it -if so what scanner do you use? ) thanks!

Hi Jennifer, glad the video was helpful! I mostly work digitally nowadays, but I do use a scanner when I need to digitize something. I have an older model CanoScan LiDE 210 that scans up to 8.5" x 11.7". If you're currently shopping for a printer, you might consider getting an all-in-one printer-scanner-copier, though I prefer uni-taskers myself. Good luck!
