It's the season for seasoning, loll the Holiday is here, make sure you have the right ingredients to bring the taste out in your food. Haitian seasoning is used on everything. It's the best seasoning for your meat as well.

Garlic
Green onions
Parsley
Thyme
Pepper
Sweet pepper

Oh wow, that looks great. I know your food taste delicious. I’m Hispanic & I do something similar to epis. What I do in Spanish is called sofrito. We just change about 2 vegetables. Instead of parsley, we use cilantro,culantro & another pepper similar to the scotch bonnet. It is in the scotch bonnet family 😀. We don’t use green onions. Epis & sofrito are so much similar. Are the small orange peppers used habeneros for spice?

Ask your mom, can I add some lemon juice or vinegar to it? I use Apple cider vinegar instead of white vinegar. Thanks.

it's butter scotch pepper (the small red ones). If it's going in the blender, why waste so much energy and time with all this cutting. I recommend olive oil instead and use a glass container for storage.
