How to make HOME-COOKED FOOD HEALTHIER (7 Tips)
Cooking is an important process to improve digestibility of food. However cooking does result in nutrient loss. But there are tips and ways by which the nutrient loss from home cooked food can be avoided to make cooked food healthier. For instance, washing fruits and vegetables before chopping is one way of doing it. You will find many such tips on making home cooked or homemade food healthier in this video. Do watch to know more.

i am relearning to eat at 70, so mutch i am learning. No i am not Indian ir vegetarian. I am a natural Canadian, all the family been raised in Canada. . Love your foods. Thank you, yes a second one might help for sure. If you take the meat out i am a vegetarian..Not use to your spices. i need to work with them more gradually.. i was told i had diabetes, but dont take any meds of any kind, unless made from plants. I ' am on a ketogenic diet that seen to be closer to your ways of making foods.

This is the best channel. She is knowledgable. She teaches correctly. She does not copy the internet. I feel peaceful, healthy , joyful energy from watching her channel. She gives us hope to stay healthy instead of threatening us with sicknesses like most of health teachers do on youtube.

Your videos are informative. Major part of fruit sugar is Fructose which can load liver as already our livers are loaded with more toxins these days. Kindly mention on this in your second part.

Good tips. However, cooking food on a low flame is not practical in a regular routine. Otherwise,all the tips are useful and doable at home.

I see you put spinach in fridge without cover. The air in fridge is not free of toxin. We need to cover all food before putting in fridge. No plastic container please. Thanks. I like your channel. You know a lot. And you are kind and calm. Thanks.
