Toddy is a sap collected from the various species of palm tree. The sap is extracted and collected by tappers.
But now it's very difficult to find tappers.
So I have showed you how to make toddy with tender Coconut water.
You can use toddy in making Goan sanna,Godd Bol etc. In south India they use to make Appam's.

Store toddy in refrigerator and use within 1-2days.
Ingredients for 1ltr Toddy
1 ltr Tender Coconut Water(Carton)( Use Fresh Tender Coconut Water For Best Result)
1tsp Dry yeast
4 &1/2 tbsp Sugar
** We Use**
1tbsp = 15ml
1/2tbs =7.5ml
1tsp = 5ml
1/2tsp = 2.5ml
1/4tsp =1.25ml
